While in attendance at the Mary Kay Seminar 2023 in Dallas, Texas I had the pleasure of being assisted by members of your staff. Your company assisted with transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency/ Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center as well as to the Aldophus Hotel. Each and everyone of your staff were kind, polite and assisted all as they entered and exited the coach.

As one with a accessibility issues,, it brought me great comfort to know they were there to help when needed.

I applaud their commitment to great service and just wanted to say thank you.

TSOA delivered a vehicle to my address. Watson was very polite and thorough with walking me through all the details of the vehicle, going over the minor body scratches, lamp operation test and the recent maintenance. I would recommend this company for your vehicle transport needs.

Did a number of loads for this company they said they would pay me and in order to get payment at cost me 400 and some dollars Luke the manager said I will not be reimbursed. very sketchy they tell you one thing and do something else
