Horrible service. They took card information before the ride and put a hold on my card for the ride. Told me if I didn’t need the ride I would not have to cancel the ride and I wouldn’t be charged. Never used the service and they charged me for the ride. Called to get it resolved and they told me they would call me back. Still have not received a callback or my refund. Avoid these people.

Very unprofessional.

I have this company transport patients to the clinic I work for and they will either not show up to pick the patient up or just drive off without them. I have also heard that these drivers tend to drive reckless and disregard any traffic laws.

I would be mindful for anyone who elder to avoid riding with this company.

These guys are absolutely looking for trouble. Was looking for directions pulled over to thr right side of the road when I huge white van, with its brights on pulls RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and won't let me pull out as there is traffic that I can't see due to his van blocking the turn/curb ahead. The cars behind me are honking BUT DID THE VAN MOVE? no. The man yelled at me explicitives and said he was "taking a smoke break!"....but on the wrong side of the road Butted up to my bumper!! With his brights on! Disgusting behavior indeed.

Northwest Transport purposely makes their ridders miss appointments by changing their pickup time set forth by Hopelink. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about them. I have missed appointments because of this horrible companey. I missed an important appointment because of this companey's incompence. I highly do not recomend this companey.

Horrible company that does nothing but leave you stuck missing appointments by always canceling 2 hours before your appointments causing you to try to get transportation at the very last minute which won’t happen and insurance won’t cover a ride scheduled without a 48 hour notice. They also fail to communicate any problems or driver shortages with MTM who they are contracted with. Needless to say, Northwest doesn’t seem to care and refuses to cover the fees from doctors for missing appointments or canceling same day, those fees can quickly add up to thousands of dollars if you have multiple appointments every week. It sadly can also result in a doctor dropping you for good as a patient and Northwest can’t even acknowledge it let alone do something about it.
So, if your ride is through Nortwest, plan ahead and be prepared to be cancelled on last minute and missing your appointment.

Their subcontractors’ vans are unsafe and the drivers are always late and rude. Yesterday’s home pick up was 20 minutes late, van ride was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I rode with my 84 year old mother with extreme fall risk, as I was concerned about her safety. It was the scariest ride we’ve ever been on. The hospital pick up was 1.5 hrs late at which point I called Lyft to pick us up. So sad that our most vulnerable citizens are matched up with this transportation company.

Drivers are kind, helpful and on time but the lady who picks up calls when you call is very rude and not helpful.She dares one to cancel the ride yet the van has not yet arrived by appointment time!
