Just want to say, we have used Atlanta Moving Solutions 3 times now. The company is locally owned, easy to work with, and very affordable. Our movers, Doc and Antwon were excellent. They were very careful with our belonging, and equally careful with the doors and walls in the home. They also took the time to make sure we were happy with the furniture location in the home. I used Atlanta Moving Solutions to moved today. We had 3 guys show up (Daniel, Maurice, and Russell). They were polite, professional, and efficient. They were quick loading and unloading but also made sure the furniture was well protected. They also made sure everything was put back together before they left. I truly appreciate all of their help and would recommend them and the company to anyone!

After cancelling another moving company due to poor reviews and subsequently booking Atlanta Moving Solutions, I'm here to report it was the BEST moving experience I could have hoped for. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. From the booking process with Jeff, to the confirmation emails, price transparency, and call the day before, to the entire day of the move -- there's nothing more I could have asked for. Brandon was my crew lead and did such a phenomenal job. He called me the morning of to let me know when they were on the way, and arrived exactly when he said they would. He was such a pleasure to work with -- confirming my goals for the move and for my items every step of the way, acting transparently, honestly, and most importantly -- professionally. You can tell he takes pride in the work he does and how he runs his crew and it shows. Austin and Antoine were part of the crew as well, and they were so much fun to be around. The whole crew was joyful and worked HARD. They completed a difficult move with ease. They even helped me take a few items to the trash I didn't want to move, and helped me switch up the layout for my new living room. While I hope not to move for awhile, if I do, best believe I'll be calling these guys.

They did such an amazing job and made everything so easy for my family! Very professional and punctual. AJ and Mo were our movers and they were simply the best!! Moving is so stressful and they made it easy to be.a customer and took a huge weight off my shoulders. If I ever have to move again I will NEVER do it myself, I will definitely book them again.

I'm very busy and not the youngest anymore so I believe it was worth every penny when you consider these points:
-Booking an estimate was easy and he came the next day
-I was able to book a move date with little notice
-Didn't have to rent a moving truck (which is way more expensive than you think after all the hidden costs)
-They did all the heavy lifting and protected my fragile furniture with blankets , plastic wrap and tape which you would need to buy yourself otherwise
-They asked where to put everything and disassembled and reassembled my IKEA beds which are a pain (don't recommend buying if you move often)
-They were so kind and patient and I really felt like they were working for me and not bothered if I had questions or asked them to move something again

I am SO disappointed with this company. We booked dumpster and moving services with this company for a very large move that needed to be done on a short timeline. The dumpster drop off was supposed to happen on Tuesday. When it never arrived, we called and they said it would be rescheduled for Wednesday. I thought it was unprofessional that we had to follow up instead of a representative following up with us, but I understand things happen. Then the same thing happened Wednesday! At that point, I told my husband we needed to go with another company to provide a dumpster and moving services, but he believed Atlanta Moving Solutions would ultimately deliver on the promised services even though they dropped the ball all week. They FINALLY delivered the dumpster on Thursday as our professional junk haulers were cleaning up the basement and the man from Atlanta Moving Solutions had the nerve to ask why we had professional junk haulers. Maybe because there is a lot of junk to get rid of and no dumpster since you never delivered it? At that point even my husband had to agree that this was THE most unprofessional moving company we ever worked with. Now we’re stuck trying to find another moving company at the last minute. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Reply to owner: We never received a request for a deposit. I would've happily paid it for timely and professional service if that was the company policy. At the already late dumpster drop off, we received tons of questions about the junk haulers we were forced to hire because the dumpster was delivered 2 days late. At that time, we were also asked to pay up front for the dumpster and move after you showed us on 2 separate occasions that you may or may not show up. Not one box was moved nor one dumpster dropped off. None of the actions of Atlanta Moving Solutions inspired confidence to pay such a large sum of money up front. I’m happy to highly recommend the services of COLLEGE H.U.N.K.S. for those moving who want transparent pricing from timely and professional junk haulers and movers. Each time Atlanta Moving Solutions dropped the ball, they saved the day!

Atlanta Moving solutions was very professional. This was my 3rd move and the best experience of the 3. Each employee I talked to had an awesome attitude and were always very helpful. I have some heavy furniture that had to go in some tight spaces and they didn’t bump any of the walls. Thanks guys!
