They lie. Was trying to ship a vehicle about 400 miles. When I booked, I explained I had a very tight schedule. A man named John ensured me everything would go smoothly, he had a driver who wanted the job, and they would pick it up at noon on a scheduled day about a week from when I initially called. I had multiple phone calls with him over the course of that wrek to confirm as we needed the vehicle at a very specific time. He told me he had a driver multiple times.

About a day before the delivery, I asked for the name of the driver and phone number so I can confirm. He asked me for 5 minutes to find the info but never returned me text. Day or delivery, I texted again. He told me he had the driver info but would send it over later as he “was busy helping other customers”. At 11:15, I finally call him and he admitted he didn’t have a driver but he was “working on it”. Needless to say I cancelled and called another company who had a great driver within hours of my initial call.

I was looking to ship my car from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When choosing a dispatcher, I made sure to get a lot of quotes. I spoke with Scott from USA CarShip, he stayed in touch constantly with me and offered me the lowest price. When I was ready to finally move forward. Scott found me a truck within a week. They picked the car up on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. I was surprised by the speediness of it. The car was delivered with no issues.

I was skeptical of all these different auto transport services. Seems like many of the reviews are negative. I ended up using these guys and had a pretty good experience. They picked up my vehicle right on time. I didn't have a firm deadline to get the vehicle so I was willing to get it whenever it arrived. My only negative was that they picked up on a Sat and didn't leave to head out west until the following weekend but for my situation that was fine. Once the driver had the car and was on his way he communicated with me and gave me an accurate timeline for delivery. He showed up the day he said he would and right on time, price was what we agreed on. No dings or dents just a bit dirty from the 4 days on the road but that is to be expected.

I am currently in the process of having this company move my SXS from AZ to ID, at this point, they have missed the pickup date by a week, and when I call transport for a pick up date, I get the run-around, the drive will call you by noon. So at this point, 7/27/2023 they have indicated that a driver will contact me tomorrow by noon or they will refund my $200.00 deposit so that I can find another company to move my machine.

I wanted to write this comment immediately after I received my vehicle but forgot. Its only been a month and half, so its not too late. Mine was a corporate move (engaged I believe through the ready logistics/Cox). I was moving from Atlanta, Georgia to Phoenix, Arizona. While there were initial hick up as regards the scheduling of the vehicle pick up, I wasn't available or the drivers weren't, etc. However once the pick up was scheduled - the pick up crew were excellent. The driver who was initially supposed to pick up the vehicle couldn't get on-time, we had several phone calls but eventually we could pick a time when we could meet. The important part is the flexibility of the pick up crew - they were very flexible, communicative and accommodating where possible. Eventually we met at my work place (couldn't meet at home because of scheduling conflict) for pick up and everything went perfectly well. The pick up process was spot on, all pictures taken and document signed off in the mobile device (fantastic app by the way!). Special thanks to Rickey, who came to pick up the vehicle and who delivered at the destination as well. He did a fabulous job. Believe it or not, the vehicle arrived on day 3 in Phoenix Arizona (vehicle was picked up on Wednesday afternoon and was delivered on Friday evening, same week!). The vehicle was received in the same condition it was picked up- there were no signs that the vehicle traveled 1500+ miles on the road. Hats off to Rickey and his team. I want to thank Rickey and US Auto for an excellent customer service.

Use at your own risk. And once they have your car, you are on the hook for payment regardless of their ability to meet the agreement. They agreed to pick up car on Monday in TN and deliver on Friday in CA. I learned they weren't going to deliver as contracted when I called the day of delivery and learned driver was two time zones away. I had to inform the office that the driver was in AL and not CA - they thought he was on schedule in CA. So much for GPS tracking!
I can understand things happen, but there was zero communication from company about delays. Vehicle was picked up from dealership two day's late due to their truck breakdown. somehow that became my problem when they were unable to deliver as agreed. Truck broke down a second time on the way and vehicle was delivered four days later than agreed.
The owner (Mikail) hung up on me and said there was nothing to discuss, not once, but twice. I have shared my experience with the dealership where I bought the car and that arranged transport.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I contacted this company because I needed my vehicle to be picked up on such a short notice and delivered in a timely manner. They sure did make a lot of promises over the phone, but when it came down to it, they wasted so much of my time. They promised pick up on a certain day, then had me waiting around for 3 days in a row. They apologized then said my vehicle would still be on time. However, they lost my vehicle for a few days and could not put me in contact with any driver. When I called the boss, Mikael, he always said he was out of the office and soon enough started ignoring my calls. The whole time I dealt with US auto transport, they were lazy and did not appreciate my business with them. They finally put me in contact with a driver the night before my vehicle was supposed to arrive... 4 days late. US auto transport is EXTREMELY unprofessional and does not value their customers. My vehicle also arrived with a bad transmission because of poor handling by this company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
