if I could give a 0 I would. I bought a used truck from Jim, everything started out good and I ended up purchasing the truck. I kid you not in the coming day I had problems with the truck. I called Jim, he help me out and he told me to bring it to the shop. The truck went to the shop, and they turned it back to me saying it way fine. The next day I had the same problem of the truck not starting. The truck was inspected by them3 times. The shop here is the worst they have no ambition to work nor pride in the work they do. I would never recommend you bring your trucks here for repair. I would also never buy from here again, I know buying a used truck has risk, but this place kept saying the truck was good conditions, but I don't think It was well checked. I took the truck to a trusted mechanic and the trucked ended up needed the computer changed and the alternator. Also, they did a horrid job on oil changes.

I rolled in at about 5pm with a charging issue. I assumed I needed a new alternator so I bought one. When I got back to the truck I realized that the main charging cable broke off where it connects to the alternator. I went in and asked NICELY if they could cut the end off the cable and put a new end on it. They did it with pleasure. I would like to thank the night service writer, service manager, and the tech that came out to crimp a new end on my cable. They saved my bacon big time. These people will help you if they can and if you are polite. Thank you guys, I will be back if I need anything done.

My company rents space behind the shop and it was great!!! The view of Mt. Rainier was awesome and I had a great time for a couple of days to visit in Seattle. I’ll definitely be coming back for a break!

Buyers beware!! This is the most expensive shop repair on planet Earth for box truck oil change. I specifically told them before they started that I had never ever paid more than $450 for oil change anywhere in the USA . They had the courtesy to tell me that it would cost more before they started, but they chose to keep quiet. Later, I got slapped with a bill of $750. Go there at your own risk.

One of the best parts department I have ever dealt with.They are extremely busy most of the time but they will get your parts.I have to say the most knowledgeable parts guy there is BRAD the parts manager. If there's a part that seems impossible to find, BRAD will find it. He's incredible. Thanks BRAD and all the parts guys that helped me get my parts on LABOR DAY

I overheard the staff member talking about how much to charge for a service/repair they did. One staff member was saying the total comes to this *lower amount* but the older gentleman says don’t charge them this *lower amount* the trucking company has authorized this *higher amount* which was $500 more. So basically $500 extra just because they can. Can the employees be atleast quiet about their fraud? So when the staff member ask you can that the repair is going to be this much but might be more can we authorize this higher amount just in case? Don’t do it!

The dealer Freightliner of Pacific WA, sold me a Truck 2018 in September 2023. The first trip I got mechanic issues!
Guess what!!! ENGINE broken!!! It was inside 90 day warranty wish covered the repairs of cylinder 4 and 5 and I pay from my packet $8000 to set new parts on the other 4 cylinders I got the truck back in April 2024, and now in October 2024, 7 months later, I have the SAME problem of the engine on the cylinder #5(the one that was covered by the warranty) With problems plus BLOCK ENGINE BROKEN; the diagnostic was made by Western Star North West of Ridgefield WA, now they said NO MORE WARRANTY! NO EVEN FOR THE JOB MADE IT!
THEY ARE ASKING FOR $72K+ to fix the engine. The price of the truck it was $45K and still paying to the bank how in the world I gonna spend 72k if I just work 7 months with the truck. The engine is now in part with no money to fix it that dealer is a scam!!! Be extremely careful with that people!
