Unfortunately, a Central Transport driver, out of the Norcross GA office, ran into my entry gate which I had left open. Luckily, I have a video camera set up on my entrance which captured everything. I filed a incident report with that office and a case was submitted. Again Unfortunately, they sent that information to their insurance company, Cherokee Insurance, which disconnects you if you don't know an extension. This being said it's a dead end. Completely unsatisfactory way of handling an accident by their driver. I'll update this review if anything changes. Look elsewhere for your delivery and if the company your buying from uses them be aware.

Worst company to work for. When you're being hired they'll claim that you'll have two weeks on paychecks after you leave that is incorrect. What will happen is they will claim that you had taken days off so they can take away that last. And they will get away with it.: update overall I'm owed a month and a half pay from this company

Do not do business with these THEIVES!! They accept your shipment and deliver it. Later they send you a bill for an additional $100 and claim your shipment weighed 100 more pounds than the bill of lading stated. They call it a "reweigh fee". Do not give them your money! They screwed me on 2 shipments this way. Enjoy your stolen money.

Christopher Andrew miller Is the best shop man to go to if you’re ever in Atlanta at 303 terminal. He’s fast and actually knows his stuff. Best out of all of them!!!!!

By far the worst carrier I have ever used. They are late to scheduled appointments and end up having to reschedule entirely. Central Transport also does not set valid appointments. Their drivers depart their facility at 9:30 am and then base their delivery path off of which route works best that day; therefore, not always meeting appointment times. This does not work well when the delivery needs to go to a loading dock with set scheduling. When they are late, the driver will not wait longer than 30 minutes. So they basically do not guarantee a delivery appointment time, and will not wait when they are late for their appointment. They also do not call you when these delays occur, even though shipments are marked as high importance. This has happened on more than one occasion when using this carrier service. Highly disappointed. Stick with CH Robinson.

Discrimination against female drivers. I met all requirements and was told to call back on a Monday. He never answered the phone. Just say you don't hire female drivers or black female drivers problem solved and you won't be bothered by any. And the requirements was checked when I called the headquarters to make sure what they were before I applied.

Was a Bit Early For Drop So Had A Wait Was Not A Long One. Had Drop Trailer In Door And Was Unloaded In A Timely Mater Wit No Issue 👍

One of the worst place for delivery’s if your delivery time is 6 am to 9 am be there at 6 i learn the hard way had reached there at 8 didn’t say anything till 8:40 then the lady said this shift is abt to end at 10:30 next shift starts at 2 pm got empty at 5 pm so make sure be there at 6 am if you have a window 6 am to 9 am
