As soon as you request your rights, their customer service won't answer anymore. They charge you much more than it appears with very poor information service. They never answer you when it is about money. They scammed me with 8.5 euros for nothing.
I will make sure to make them pay for it with the same dirty strategies they use.

This place doesn't exist anymore. It's close. Fortunately you can go near the train station and use OBB luggage lockers for only 2.5 euro per day.

Absolute scam. No transparency on pricing on their website. It was stated that it costs 1.95 euros per hour per bag, but somehow I paid for 3 bags 34 hours for less than 2 hours of storage!!! I contacted support and they replied that some additional costs were added which were nowhere mentioned on the website. When I asked them to send to me, where exactly these costs are displayed, they just didn’t reply at all. Be careful and use other companies which are transparent and honest with their customers.

Pratique, pas trop cher, ça dépanne plutôt bien.
Cependant, la boutique est très dure à trouver (il faut en fait entrer chez l'opticien) et l'accueil était déplorable !! Personne entre midi et 14h, j'ai attendu devant, puis la personne qui m'a accueillie n'a fait aucun effort, m'a mal parlé et j'ai eu peur de ne jamais revoir mon sac... Pareil en revenant, personne dans la boutique, il a fallu téléphoner pour qu'on vienne m'ouvrir.. vraiment pas terrible

Leaving the luggage at the cafeteria was great for me and my family (especially for my two young daughters) and allowed us to enjoy our time together. We had a very early check out at the rental place and our flight back home was booked 12 hours later. We spent a beautiful day visiting the city, moving around very quickly and comfortably. The idea of this business is great and I hope people will take advantage of especially when all the similar spaces offered by train stations are booked and they don’t have any other options. I would like to add that the staff at the cafeteria was very helpful and friendly! Thank you all for the opportunity, for your support and kindness!

I booked a storage in advance in Vienna,close to the Westbahnhof. They confirmed my booking and gave me an address, which led us to Ammi’s Kitchen, a restaurant, where the owner hardly spoke English, and did not understand what we wanted with the bags. A younger collegue of his came to the rescue with perfect English,I showed him the booking comfirmation but he told us they not cooperating with lugagge hero,he found it odd too. He kindly offered us a private office/room for us to leave our bags,but we turned the offer down.

Luggagehero caused us a huge inconvenience, as we had to drag a child and a retired person of my family to yet another place to finally be able to put our luggages down (at the Westbahnhof).
Luckily they did not charge me,although the booking required all my personal data in advance at their website. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!

I made a reservation cause it said it was near Hofburg palace. It hides the actual location until you book it. When I did so and checked on Google Maps, the actual distance was 1.1 km instead of the 560 meters reported by their website. Scammers and I want the 3€ that I spent for this awful service back
