My mom had a stroke and once out of the hospital she needed to go to see doctors. I was too afraid to get her in and out of the car so we decided to hire a transport company. I used another company that provided a wheelchair and ramp but they were extremely expensive!! I found this company and ordered a wheelchair and ramp from Amazon and this cut her expenses tremendously! Not to mention, the transport vehicle was very clean. Thank you MedMove for being there when she needed you and you didn’t break the budget!!

I always choose MedMove of Georgia for safe timely travel for my non emergent travel needs! I get to all my doctors appointments and miscellaneous errands on time in a safe and clean, air conditioned ride. Duke is a good driver and has great customer service! I have been relying on Med Move for transportation for about six months and have received good service. They get me where I need to go on time 100% of the time, which is the most important thing. Because they have only one driver, if I can’t predict what time I need to return home, the driver may have to leave for his next pickup. Last week, I had a very lengthy wait to get home because my doctor's appointment ran long. Their rates are very reasonable, and they have been extremely polite.

MedMove of Georgia has been fantastic! You know, everyone's medical issues and physical capabilities can be unique to the individual. And sometimes they can fluctuate slightly day-to-day. However, Med move has been great at listening to the needs of the rider and accommodating those needs. We had to find alternate transportation for my Moms ride to dialysis. MedMove has been a godsend. The driver is prompt and professional. My Mom really likes her driver and there have been no complaints or issues. They show up on time. They are also economical and don’t add “loading fees” for her wheelchair. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a loved one with special needs for transportation.

MedMove of Georgia is BY FAR THE BEST non-emergency transportation company I have EVER had the pleasure of riding with!!!! They are absolutely WONDERFUL from the ladies who answer the phone making reservations and making it possible for me to go everywhere I need to go from appointments to the grocery store etc; to their drivers who are phenomenal, professional, kind, as well as EXCELLENT and very safe drivers, it is ALWAYS a joy to have the gift and opportunity to ride with them. I know from the day I schedule my reservations to the day the drivers pick me up and then bring me safely home, I know I am being well taken care of. On a side note but not to be taken lightly, for 5 1/2 years of dealing with something I called "transportation terror" which happened to me after a major loss where I was absolutely terrified to get in ANYONES CAR and ride with them even with my lifelong friends (it was a fear that truly was debilitating), it was not UNTIL I STARTED RIDING WITH MedMove of Georgia that 100% of my fears went completely away. They are that good at what they do. In fact for me they are much more than a transportation company, but they are also saviors of sort. Truly. Don't ever settle for anything less. You deserve the best and if you want THE VERY BEST, don't hesitate to call MedMove of Georgia!!!
