Jerome and his crew were absolutely amazing. Because of issues with the complex he didn't just move me ONCE but TWICE. On the 13th of December they showed up and were quick and efficient getting everything packed in less than 2 hours (up and down stairs) and with much kindness dropped them into the temporary space we had to live in for a few days. Then they came back on December 17th and did the same amazing job. After we've had time to unpack not ONE THING was damaged or broken, and there were lots of fragile and heirloom items. Big and small all our possessions came through in great condition. Jerome was so kind, even setting up my bed so I'd have a place to crash as I am disabled and would have been on the floor those first nights—such a blessing to have such great work and for an amazing fair rate. I can't recommend more highly.

I used Net Move to move from Marietta, Georgia to Cumming, Georgia at the end of July 2022. Melody
Morris is the office manager. She was so kind and professional during every part of my move. She even set it up so I could move my washer and dryer to my new location. They also had a licensed plumber come and connect everything a day after I moved. All of my furniture and boxes were moved with the utmost care. All of the movers worked so hard and did a great job. I would definitely use Net Move again when I move! There is no doubt in my mind!

Very good experience overall. Staff & the guys who moved us were very good. Would probably give 4 1/2 stars but not available. Only negative was a few broken items which could have been avoided but overall a very good experience.

NetMove provided outstanding service, handling our furniture, boxed breakables, mirrors and art work with great care. Nothing was marred or broken. They were onetime, and easy to work with and placed everything where we asked. We would use them again, and recommend them highly.

Glassware was wrapped fine but all my bigger pieces of furniture suffered extensive damages. My kitchen knives were all dented beyond recognition, packed in a huge box with no filler. It's been a few months since the move but I am still working on replacing things.

My whole move with Net Move was excellent! Very courteous and efficient workers! Reliable and careful wrapping and protecting everything! Had a couple of minor damages and a person was sent to repair them quickly and very nicely!
