International pet travel.
ATL - SPAIN. Overnight in Frankfurt Germany Animal Lounge.
5 stars for Ren helping us get our big dog to Spain safely.
It's very stressful not knowing what to expect while shipping a pet overseas in the cargo area of plane. Ren always answered her phone and kept in touch. A big thank you to Anita for picking up Beau and transporting him to ATL and getting him checked in for the flight . That alone made the expenses worth every penny.
What a relief. Everything worked out well and our adorable pet made it safely to Spain. For peace of mind I highly recommend getting a pet International business to support the move. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and happy that I chose the Pet Air Carrier!

I didn’t know people like this still existed!! We found out the day before our flight, after we arrived in the city we were flying out of which is hours away from our hometown, that our pup would not be able to fly back home internationally with us due to an error that our vet had made with the paperwork. At this point we were devastated, stressed, frustrated, and overwhelmed trying to figure what we were going to do. After making dozens of calls to customs and airlines and boarding places with no answers, I received a call back from Renee. Instead of trying to sell me her service she actually worked to help us figure out how to get our dog on the flight with us. She even called and spoke with our vet in our hometown! When the vet finally admitted to all that had happened we realized that our dog would definitely not be able to make the flight with us. From that point on we hired Pet Air Carrier. Renee, continued to go above and beyond to help us. She made sure our dog was safe and cared for. She kept us updated constantly and did things to ensure our dog made it to us that were honestly not part of her job, but she did them out of kindness. She took so much weight off of us and relieved our concerns and fears. I don’t know what we would have done without her. I can guarantee you that if you love your pet and want to ensure they arrive safely where you want them then it’s more than worth the cost. You absolutely could not ask for better people than this to care for your pet’s travel. They are highly experienced, kind, professional, trustworthy and best of all animal lovers. It cannot fully be expressed in words how truly grateful we are to them and how wonderful they are.

So glad we chose this company to ship our GSP back to the UK. Made the process very easy to navigate and Denise was very helpful and responsive throughout. We had a major admin hiccup at the cargo office on the day of travel (no fault of PAC) and Denise took control and sorted it out immediately. We felt reassured and in safe hands throughout.

After losing my husband in the spring, I decided that I wanted to return from the US to my family home in England, but I had no idea how I would take Mabel (our dog) with me, and I was not going to leave her behind. I researched some pet transportation companies. Pet Air Carrier were by far the most knowlegable and helpful - I knew from my first call with them that they would take care of me and my 4 legged baby. Denise and Anita were absolutely wonderful - holding my hand every step of the way - very quick to respond to emails and questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions! They made the whole process so easy - filling out the forms needed, and working so closely with my vet that all I had to do was ensure that Mabel was at the vet for the necessary appointments then drop off the completed paperwork for the USDA in a FedEx mailbox. Anita picked up Mabel at the house the morning of her travel and I knew right away that she would take care of my baby - and she did - even sending pictures of her when they stopped for potty breaks on the way to the airport. Anita texted me when Mabel had been checked in with Lufthansa to let me know all was well. The next communication was from the PAC representative in Frankfurt to my family to let them know Mabel had arrived safely. She had a layover in Frankfurt for a few hours then flew on to Heathrow where once again, a PAC representative contacted my family to let them know she had arrived and would be ready to be picked up in a few hours. When she finally came through the doors to my family, she was ecstatic to see them - you would never have believed that she is over 11 and had just traveled halfway across the world!! She is loving country life in England!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about PAC - if you need to transport your pets anywhere, you cannot go wrong using this wonderful company whose employees obviously love what they do and are extremely good at it! PAC and especially Denise and Anita - thank you so very much !

I hired Pet Air Carrier to help me with the paperwork to move my cat to Europe. This company is amazing. Renee is a fantastic business partner. She walked me through the process and took care of everything. This was such a help so that I could focus on my move. Renee takes customer service to another level, and she is very knowledgeable about the process and logistics. I absolutely recommend this company. They are worth every penny. I absolutely loved my experience with Pet Air Carrier! They were very helpful every step of the way in shipping my cat overseas. My cat had a four day trip and when she was delivered to me she was happy and healthy. Her kennel was clean as was she and it was clear that she had been fed and watered and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone shipping their fur babies as the company clearly cares about the health and safety of the pets they help transport!

PAC is outstanding. I was extremely nervous to ship my cat to Korea with a pet shipping company because of the horror stories I heard. PAC was the most reasonable in price and their customer service is above all. They reassured me the whole way through emails and phone calls. They treated my fur kid as if he was their own. Renee was the best support for my husband and I as we navigated the very complex world of pet travel from Florida, USA to the UK. It was a long process spanning over 3 months and Renee was there for every question and hiccup we encountered. She also recommended a highly professional company on the UK side to welcome our goldendoodle yesterday at Manchester airport. We were very nervous about our dog travelling but we are very happy to report he is in his new home safe and sound. Huge thanks to Renee and her expertise and professionalism.
