An excellent service! Patrick and his team were very easy to communicate with and provided exceptional service for our family member with dementia and mobility issues. They were able to transport her from central Florida to a facility in the mountains of North Georgia. The driver and CNA on board were very kind, friendly and caring and my family member had an easy trip up. The specialized chair was a god-send, and we could not have made this trip without their assistance. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of specialized transport for your loved ones.

From the moment I called this company for assistance transporting my sister from Atlanta Airport to Kennesaw GA, I was impressed. Patrick was extremely helpful in scheduling everything and the driver, Chris, was absolutely TOP NOTCH in every way!! He was friendly, accommodating, professional, and EXTREMELY helpful. I can’t say enough about how kind, efficient, professional, and caring Patrick was in transporting my father to his Doctors appointment and back. Patrick has been a Godsend! My Dad broke his ankle and is temporarily confined to a wheelchair. My car (or my Dad's car) is not large enough to transport him with his wheelchair. Patrick's van is the perfect size to securely transport my Dad to doctor's appointments.
Patrick is very detailed oriented, a great communicator and very compassionate. All of these qualities are exactly what you need from someone transporting such precious cargo. Thank you Patrick!

We are truly excited to share the highest recommendation for WellWay. Our family member recently became unable to ride in a traditional vehicle. We searched for safe and reasonably priced transport to and from medical appointments and other non-emergency needs. Upon learning of WellWay we decided to give them a try, and have now had multiple trips with both Patrick and his associate Chris. The following sentiments only begin to describe our experience: safe, prompt, cautious, professional, respectful, patient, flexible, resourceful, calm, reassuring, and capable with the knowledge, experience and strength to do the job at hand. On top of all of this, the drivers have delightful personalities and interact warmly with the client and family. A bonus is that the pristine van has regular seats where others can accompany the client if desired. We are so lucky to have WellWay as part of the team caring for our family!

Patrick was great today! He was able to pick up my Dad from Rehab and get him home. I live out of town and not able to facilitate. Patrick kept me in the loop of his schedule and let me know my Dad made it home safe and sound. Highly recommend
