Super communication problems in between shipper, receiver and carrier. They do everything through email and no phone numbers attached to any of their work over 20 hours to get in contact with a phone number or receiver. Horrible communication talked with over 10 different people through the company also I don't even know why they offer tracking for loads it they call you every two hours asking that's your ETA to pick up location or drop location it's ridiculous to he honest tracking is supposed to eliminate all the calling and B-s booked

They do not pay their carriers! They are saying we did not except tracking when we in fact did. Apparently it quit working after the driver was on the road but they never let us know. Now they are trying to keep the tracking pay and are saying they will not pay us until we send them an invoice with tracking deducted, which we will not do since we did our part. We are now having to take legal action over $150. We are spending a lot more than that in legal fees but these crooked brokers need to be stopped if we want to save our trucking industry. Also Tommy lied about it over the phone and it seems like they have very bad management.
