Our company had a last minute request for an airport pickup and late evening drop off. I did an inquiry online and had a response within minutes from Samantha. I have used Dropoff a few times and feel safe using their service, however, multiple times I've chosen the ASAP option (which costs more) and the driver is late. For example, today I placed an order to be delivered to the recipient by 10:20 AM, however my driver didn't even pick up the package until 10:30 (the website said he would pick it up at 9:50). Since the recipient is 20 minutes from my office, the package is now late. I recommend using their service if you're not on a time crunch as their scheduling is not accurate.

Dropoff has failed more times than not. They are extremely unreliable and late. One time the restaurant told me the driver was late because he ordered his own food. Anytime their drivers are delayed they never call me and let me know, just in case I need to make other arrangements. I always need to stay on top of them. I will NEVER use them again. They just cause stress and inconvenience.
