Howard and DJ were great. They packed up my office in short order, and drove winding roads to my new location without issue. They helpedme pack up all the items I wasn’t able to and even help me decorate a little bit in my new space. They provided all the materials that I needed and even things that I didn’t expect.. These guys were awesome and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to literally anyone who asks. The best moving experience I’ve ever had.

AWFUL experience. Worst moving team I've ever witnessed. The two men damaged our BRAND NEW BUILD home walls, ceiling, and hardwood floors on the stairs. The office team refuses to take accountability for the damage to our home and furniture. Josh in customer service is condescending and mocked us for not selecting a higher insurance package - as if we should have know the "professional" movers we hired would damage our home this badly. This was not one mistake but MANY throughout the day. The team was clearly not trained and were careless. Terrible labor and even worse customer service! Would not wish this experience on anyone!

Falcon moving was a decent company for me. The two guys they had sent out worked hard, but were a little slow leading to a higher cost that originally estimated. There were also several pieces of my furniture that ended up damaged, and I believe they broke a step (cannot prove as it is carpeted) due to the movers wrapping two heavy nightstands together that ended up splitting and crashing down on the step when moving in. Other than those issues, they generally took good care of things and were polite and friendly.

Our movers Howard, Hayden, and Roman were great. They moved all our furniture out of our 3 floor condo with ease despite Ivey weather conditions. All of our stuff was packaged and handled with care. These guys are no doubt professionals at what they do.

Mike Matthews and his partner did a wonderful job with our move last week! They were careful in wrapping items, efficient, and kind. They were professional in their approach to the work, but friendly and approachable. They finished nearly exactly the time they estimated and the cost was on the lower end of the range we were quoted! Highly recommend Falcon Moving!

*UPDATE: THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED! Noah reached out to me within an hour of my initial post of this review. He had a contractor come to my house and get an estimate. The estimate was provided to him and he never approved it. I reached out again and asked for an update but…again he ignored me. *

The gentlemen that came to my house were very nice and did a great job packing up the truck. Unfortunately, they got into an accident on the way to my new place and damaged quite a bit of my items/furniture. The team that unloaded my furniture was different and caused even more damage to my new house. The wall were scraped, paint ripped off, and my banister was nearly taken off and is now unusable. I worked with the manager to be compensated for the damages. He was responsive in the beginning but then soon started to ignore me outright. I followed up 3 times with absolutely no response. It’s unfortunate because I specifically sought out a smaller company to support. This company still seems great IF nothing goes wrong. But if you have any issues, you just might be out of luck. Take heed!
