Most would assume brokers are complicated, but I didn’t experience a single complication with my transport that was completed a week ago. I made the reservation only 2 days in advance and it was still grabbed when I asked it to be. Recommending them to family and friends.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had placed a booking order on March 1st. On March 2nd I sent an email to cancel the order as I found a different carrier. On March 4th my card was charged for over $2000. I have had numerous calls and emails with this company to get my card reimbursed for the charges. They keep telling me that they need the actual carrier to cancel the shipment in their system. I've requested the carrier's contact info, but they won't give it to me. Here I am almost 2 months later still waiting on my refund.

I am ecstatic and could not recommend this transport company enough. I must’ve called 10 places and got bombarded with texts and emails. Price was important of course but I wanted to make sure I could trust whoever shipped my Rav4. Thanks guys, will use it again if needed.

I had a disappointing experience with this business. The manager Jarred displayed an unprofessional behavior and lacked of effective customer service. I definitely don’t recommend hiring them.
