He was timely with all communications, gave me an excellent rate and sent out what we considered his best driver. Mr. Shorts was professional, timely (arrived ahead of schedule for pickup), and kind. His service was on point and we couldn't have asked for a better night - complete with the best chauffeur in Atlanta. We would definitely recommend AA Limo and will call them with any future car needs we may have.

In my situation, I was in need of round-trip service for a concert. Due to the numerous events going on that weekend, the normal pick-up/drop-off was handled a little differently. Chris called me immediately after my booking was confirmed online to discuss the specifics and available options. He did a wonderful job of working out a solution that made the financial aspect workable for us both.

Our driver, Andrews, was amazing. He was very professional and very nice during our drive. He helped to ensure it was clear where we would be picked up, to make the return drive as easy as possible. It also happened to be raining once we left the concert and he took the extra care to ensure we all made it safely. I plan to request him for future trips if he's available.
