I recently utilized this company's services to transport my mother to her dental appointment. It was her first time traveling without me, as I had to work. The driver immediately put me at ease, assuring me with a light-hearted comment that my mother was in better hands than with Allstate. My mother later shared that it was the most pleasant ride she had ever experienced. The driver not only escorted her into the office but also ensured she was properly checked in. Throughout the appointment, the driver waited in the reception area, providing additional comfort. My mother particularly enjoyed the music during the journey. Discovering a company that we can rely on has been both a pleasure and a stress relief. We will definitely be using their services again

Since Mom (now nearly 93) broke her hip in 2021, it has become increasingly challenging to transport her to her doctor's appointments. Transfers from her wheelchair into a sedan car, to get her to and from appointments, were getting more and more stressful for her... and me.

We were SO grateful to find out about RC's Transportation. We have now used RC's on a number of occasions over the last year and have been beyond pleased with their service! We are happy to recommend RC's for many reasons, including:

(1) Mom never has to get out of her wheelchair! The RC's driver simply wheels Mom up the ramp, into the van.

(2) The RC's driver takes care of everything, from securely belting the wheelchair in place, to selecting the most efficient route to the appointment, to driving us right up the entrance, to wheeling Mom into the destination. Allowing me, as the caregiver, to focus on the purpose of Mom's appointment. Also, as there is room for one caregiver along with the Mom in her wheelchair, Mom and I arrive for the doctor's visit together (eliminating driving and parking hassle for me).

(3) The RC's driver is friendly and professional. So far, Shawnt'e has always been our driver and Mom and I have truly enjoyed working with her! Shawnt'e is so nice and she makes the ride as pleasant as possible for both Mom and me. The soothing music adds to the relaxed feel of the ride.

(4) The van is clearly marked with the company name and has always been clean, inside and out.

(5) RC's is good at determining the best departure time to ensure a timely arrival at Mom's appointment. With all of Atlanta's roadwork and traffic, navigating roads can be challenging. By using RC's, we just have to have Mom ready to go at the appointed time, and RC's takes it from there. Once again, very nice for me as the caregiver.

Our experience with RC's Transportation has been excellent and we plan to continue to use their services.

I utilized RC's to transport me to and from my oral surgeon's office for wisdom tooth extraction. They were punctual, professional, and even helped me in a pinch when the driver had to return to the dental office to sign a consent form (required from my oral surgeon). I'll utilize this service in the future for other non-emergency medical transport.
