I just had a wonderful experience shopping at this Target! Cathy from the produce section had such a wonderful level of customer service. We were visiting from a nearby city and she made us feel right at home and was super knowledgeable about the produce we were looking for. The woman who was the cashier at the Starbucks was extremely kind and efficient. And the pharmacist at CVS who serviced my mom went above and beyond to be helpful to her! We will definitely be back at this location in the future!

Organized, clean and friendly staff. Fruits, vegetables and baked items are fresh. It has good collection of toys, books and baby food items. Although for clothing it seems overpriced when comparatively Macy’s, H&M and other brand stores have clearance almost throughout the year. Good for last minute grocery sometimes.

Very nice and organized! I loved how it had an ulta, and all of the Truly products were on a great sale.
The outside looks super old and dated, but don’t let that fool you! The inside is well kept and nice.

Disappointing Service at Target

I recently visited a Target store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was looking for a specific item and asked the staff for assistance in checking whether it was available in the store. Instead of offering help or looking it up in their system, I was told to go find the item myself in the aisle and take a photo of it to show them the price.

This level of service was incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expect the staff to be supportive and willing to assist, especially when it comes to locating products or providing information. Being directed to do the work myself felt dismissive and unhelpful.

Target usually has a reputation for great customer service, but this experience was far below those expectations. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in staff training and customer care, as such encounters leave a lasting negative impression.

I placed an order on yesterday for a few items that showed in stock. Then when the order was ready it said the one item I really wanted was out of stock and gave the option to say I didn’t want it, have it shipped, or nothing. I choose not to want the item anymore, so why is Target holding my $30 hostage for item you didn’t have? There has got to be a better process for this bc how it fair as a consumer that you don’t have what you say you have but you take my money and hold it as well. Also the website now says you have the item but for in store purchase only.

Don’t waste your time for men clothing!

1. Waited more than 15 minutes on an employee to open the case for inner shirts.
2. No quick access to look at options. Each section has another lock. (I couldn’t find the size when it was open and wasted more time.)
3. Key for the new case wasn’t with the employee
4. Feels like your a pet on a leash

I am only posting because I think this is a bad system for customers and employees working. This has to change.

Multiple employees ignored my request on the panel which is a hassle for them to come and for me to wait. Maybe it is uncomfortable for a female to come assist a male as well on inner clothing.

I love Target but their new way of doing self check out is the worst. They need to go back to accepting cash at self check out because they haven't taken into account those who still pay with cash and only have less than 10 items they want to purchase. It's an inconvenience.
